The American won the Czech Masters in August 2021, only a couple of weeks after he found out he was due to become a father.  The Nappy Factor once again having a positive effect on a player.

Pressure Performance Analysis

Summary
We only have limited European Tour evidence to go on so far, so we have set his GBC Pressure Performance Rating to ⭐⭐⭐.

August 2021
✅ Trailed by two shots with 18 holes to go at the Czech Masters.  A final round 68 saw him win by two shots.

July 2021
❌ Began the final round of the Irish Open one shot behind Lucas Herbert, shot 71 to finish 4 shots behind Herbert. Was joint leader with Herbert after 14 holes but played his last two holes in +2. An improvement on Kenya but still fell short.

March 2021
❌ Began the final round of the Kenya Open 2 shots behind Justin Harding. Shot 73 to finish 9 shots off the lead in 16th place. Very poor.

November 2020
➖ Finished 4th at final round of the Cyprus Showdown where the last 16 all started at level par. A slow start stopped him from having a chance.

Significant Quotes

2021 Irish Open
"It's all about understanding yourself and knowing that I can play in the final group and I can play in the final group when it's raining and playing along with Lucas who is a great player. Just what I take away from this is that my game is good enough to play there and I think I'm good enough to play there and overall it's a great week."

January 2020
"I’ve been practising really hard over the last six or seven months and I’ve been getting better. To come out and start 2020 playing like this gives me a lot of confidence."
