Player Profiles
Thomas DETRY (Belgium)
Profile
Thomas broke into the world's top 100 for the first time in 2020 following top 5's at the Celtic Classic, Hero Open and Cyprus Showdown. He's posted three 2nd place finishes on the European Tour and is considered one of the best European Tour members without a win.
In 2016, he set a new record by winning a Challenge Tour event by 12 strokes, which demonstrates his talent. With 18 top 10's between 2017 and 2020 on the European Tour, he can be expected to win in the very near future. Once he gets that win it is likely he will be a future Ryder Cup star for Europe.
Significant Info To Be Aware Of
Thomas has own website where he blogs quite often. This offers a weekly insight into how he's feeling about his game. Link here.
Thomas moved to Dubai early in 2021, expect him to post some good results in events in the Middle East as he spends more time practicing out there.

"This time next year I hope to be sitting inside the Top 50 and with one or two new trophies on my mantlepiece too!"
"Without a doubt, my new caddy Mike has been the biggest bonus to the team this year. He’s managed to inject an amazing extra energy amongst us on and off the course and his passion towards his work and the game has definitely had a knock on effect on me too!"
