Significant Info To Be Aware Of
David Puig has now turned professional. He has previously competed in two LIV events as an amateur but this will be his first start in the paid ranks.
Rich Harvest Farms has yet to host a men's professional event but it has hosted a number of amateur events and also hosted the 2009 Solheim Cup.
Analysis
This is the 5th LIV Golf event and the 4th event held in the USA.
Dustin Johnson is priced up as the 5/1 favourite and it's not unreasonable considering the record he holds in the opening four LIV events. He's placed 8th, 4th, 3rd and 1st in those events and with Rich Harvest Farms set to play to his strengths, we wouldn't put you off having a bet on the favourite this week.
Cameron Smith is priced up as the 11/2 2nd favourite and like Johnson, is respected this week. The Aussie finished 4th on his debut and described his first event as, "very different I would say, but something that I really enjoyed, and I can't wait for this to keep going onwards and upwards."

Course Notes
Rich Harvest Farms originally started as a six hole layout for owner, Jerry Rich, to practice. That soon evolved into a nine hole course before expanding into a conventional 18 hole setup. The nature of the design means that holes can play differently each day but the scorecard this week tops out at 7,408 yards.
This week's event will adopt a slightly different hole rotation to the scorecard. The four par 5s at the course are the 2nd, 9th, 11th and 16th. However, this week the four par 5s are the 2nd, 7th, 11th and 18th holes.
Rich Harvest Farms may have been created in an unconventional manner but it has consistently ranked inside the top 90 (highest ranking - 45th) of Golf Digest's Top 100 course in the USA. Having opened in 1999, it hosted the 2009 Solheim Cup and a number of prestigious amateur events including the Arnold Palmer Cup (twice) and the 2017 NCAA National Golf Championships.
It is not known how many members the course currently has but at the time of the 2009 Solheim Cup there were approximately 50 members, only two more people than will tee it up this week!
LIV Trends
Price of the Winner
Dustin Johnson (6/1) may have won LIV Boston but we shouldn't forget Anirban Lahiri (66/1) had an 8ft eagle putt on his final hole to win the event. The 54 hole format has so far yielded a number of shock winners, with Charl Schwartzel and Branden Grace winning at odds of 33/1 and Henrik Stenson winning LIV Bedminster at odds of 66/1. The 54 hole format has given us some unpredictable winners and there is every reason to think an outsider could contend this week.
Winner's Profile
It's notable that all four winners of LIV events had won previously on the PGA Tour.
LIV Debut
Recent events have shown us that players do not need time to adapt to the 54 hole LIV format. Anirban Lahiri and Joaquinn Niemann finished tied 2nd on their debut at LIV Boston. Henrik Stenson won LIV Bedminster on his debut. Carlos Ortiz and Patrick Reed finished 2nd and 3rd on their first start at LIV Portland.
2009 Solheim Cup Quotes
"The course is a great -- the course is great. It's in very, very good shape. Obviously there hasn't been too many players out here before we got here. There's only 50 members here.
It's literally -- as soft as it is right now, the fairways are fairly wide, I would say. The greens, I would say, there's small undulations and sort of slopes on the front nine compared to the back nine. Some par-5s are reachable. There's some good, solid par-4s out there. So I mean, if it stays wet, it's going to play long, which I think is good for us. We have a lot of good ball strikers on our team. We can hit the ball high and soft and kind of shape it both ways. Front nine you have a few more doglegs in corners, and I think on the front nine you've just got to make sure you're positioned to attack the pin." Suzann Pettersen
"It's a pretty wide-open golf course. You miss the fairways, you're in very thick rough. These greens are humongous. I think it comes down to somebody with great iron, the ability to take a little off, put a little bit more on irons, put them in the right sections of these greens. The speed of these greens, hopefully by Friday they want them to be around a 12. They can definitely get to that. I think that they're very close." Paula Creamer
"It's also a golf course that you have to be able to hit the ball both ways, left to right, right to left." Beth Daniel
LIV Golf Betting - Ones To Watch
Bryson DeChambeau 25/1
All the quotes indicate this is a course made for the bomber and there is nobody longer in this field than Bryson DeChambeau. Injury problems have blighted him all year but an 8th place finish at The Open in July followed a top 10 on his LIV debut. His last two LIV performances have been underwhelming but he can bounce back this week with a big finish.
Matt Wolff 33/1
Wolff has flourished since switching to LIV and is yet to finish outside the top 15. Like DeChambeau, he should thrive with wide fairways and an emphasis on length.
Eugenio Lopez-Chacarra 175/1
One man who does have recent experience of Rich Harvest Farms is Eugenio Lopez-Chacarra. The young Spaniard played here at last year's Arnold Palmer Cup. He would win all four of his matches that week and clearly took to the layout. Ranked as high as number 2 in the World Amateur Golf Rankings before joining LIV and whilst he's not yet found his feet (best finish in three events is 24th), he's got enormous potential. This could be a breakout week.
