2024 Italian Open Round 3 Conditions
Sunny with the breeze picking up in the afternoon.
2024 Italian Open Round 4 Weather Bias?
Sunny with the wind blowing 10-14mph, peaking just after lunchtime.
Round 4 Outright Market Summary
Antoine Rozner fired a best of the week 62 to grab a share of the lead and give himself a great opportunity of a third DP World Tour win. The bookmakers make him a general 7/2 shot to do so.
Wins in Mauritius and Prague (Challenge Tour) when the 54 leader suggest he is capable of converting but it has been almost 18 months since Rozner entered the final round inside the top five and there may well be a degree of contention rust to contend with. With 16 players within three shots of the lead, backing Rozner at 7/2 doesn't interest us.
Eye Catching Niche Market Prices
Grant Forrest/Grant Forrest (Leading after 9 and 18 holes) to beat Jacopo Vechi Fossa - 11/8 @ Bet365
Vecchi Fossa got off to a fast start in round one but has been poor the last two days and Forrest has outscored him over those two days. Nobody has worse tee to green stats than the Italian and he looks vulnerable in the final round. Forrest hasn't scored well this week but was 1st for Greens in Regulation in round two and drove the ball well in round three. We like the general 4/6 on Forrest to win his two ball but the 11/8 on Forrest leading after nine and 18 holes appeals more.

2024 Italian Open Round 2 Conditions
A steady wind kept a lid on scoring today.
2024 Italian Open Round 3 Weather Bias?
The wind looks set to pick up slightly in the afternoon so it's possible we could see some moves from the early starters.
Round 3 Outright Market Summary
Leaders Gunner Wiebe and Jannik De Bruyn are still available at double figures and it's Adrian Otaegui who is 6/1 favourite despite being two back. The Spaniard is by far the most accomplished on the leaderboard however there are several big talents slightly behind him.
33 players are within five of the lead and with inexperienced leaders we should expect to see a drastically different leaderboard tomorrow.
Eye Catching Niche Market Prices
Nothing of Note.

2024 Italian Open Round 1 Conditions
A swirling wind picked up in the afternoon, making scoring tricky for the afternoon starters.
2024 Italian Open Round 2 Weather Bias?
Morning starters preferred with the wind once again expected to make afternoon scoring more difficult.
Round 2 Outright Market Summary
Andrea Pavan is the 8/1 favourite and we are hopeful that the Italian can see the tournament out having advised him to subscribers pre-event at 80/1.
Pavan led after the opening round for his 2019 BMW International win on the DP World Tour and his win last year on the Challenge Tour came from a leading position after 54 holes so he is a comfortable front runner. He should enjoy plenty of home support this week and he's not an unreasonable price given his history as a two time winner on Tour.
Eye Catching Niche Market Prices
Marcus Kinhult 2ND ROUND LEADER - 9/1 @ General
Kinhult was unlucky to lose out last week when losing a playoff for the KLM Open. A six under par round of 65 was the best of the afternoon starters in round one and he will now have the chance to set a score tomorrow morning when going out early.
